Well, you have to think about it very carefully, so that it is for the right reasons.
This world has its designs which are created by the Elahem and creativity is something real, it does exist. A person can act upon creativity to create something out of the matter he or she has, to form a esthetical design and this object exists for real albeit this is a projected world out of "raw energy" (Arabic calls it the Nuur).
However, a woman can be subconsciously instinctive, while to enhance her beauty for satisfaction, still be doing it for animalistic reasons. Unfortunately, seeing how women often beautify themselves one can see it is according to a stereotype which creates sex appeal, so the ulterior motivate is attraction towards copulation.
There is no question about healthiness because that implies something or someone is sound, intact. The Arabic word Se-La-M means that and the whole meaning of "e's(e)lam" is healthiness, to be at the maximum sanity. You greet someone 'Selam 'aleikum!' because you say "Health to you" or paraphrased "may you be healthy".
It would be unwise and even stupid to make the body unhealthy by a religious conviction to suppress the body. Also if the body is so weak it does not offer pressure on the mind, the mind is not exercised. The same is true for people who isolate themselves due to their religious conviction, they will remove the necessary stimulus to grow the mind well.
But it is dangerous to defend a "normal" human life. Reflect upon everything acquired if it is just worldly vanity and if it really seems necessary. Often you have to waste time working for what you wish to acquire, so you may lose your mind to it as well.

Hi Immanuel and all,
Your posts are interesting as always, and be assured that they are read by more than just one person. Your interpretation of commandments is very useful and clear - as someone said the practice is what requires some work. But you're right, the best way is to work out one thing at a time.
I also appreciate your information about the higher spirits and how they channel information to you. They share knowledge but do not give easy answers. In the last few months I've had a few psychic dreams, and one was really reassuring (but short and quick) at a time when I needed reassurance the most. Please share with us more knowledge that you recive as there are people who want to soak up this higher knowledge and try to put it into practice.

Hello Roshan, thanks for your post!
I am sad that the Ten Assists* are looking the way they are and that people after the prophets have made them as such in order to validate religious worship.
* This is the choice of words which Quran refers to the Ten Directives the first time it is mentioned in it in chapter 2 i.e. ten assists.
The Elahem ("God") is too advanced and sophisticated a being to even have worship from anyone on the agenda. The idea of worship is the fantasies of man based on their whims about how powerful individuals should be treated. This behavior exists within human civilizations too, and it is instinctive and ironically exactly what the first "commandment" seeks to counteract, while turned into a worship command.
The first assist is telling a person to not have any group identity, herd behavior but seek to be a unique being, which does not imitate and that is in the second assist too so it goes hand in hand.
The second one says not to take/pick any image/model and be devoted to it. They translated a word for devote as worship.
The third tells you that one should not take the call to being vain. Homo sapiens calls a person to meaningless activities which translates to us as what ordinary humans do in their lives. Fortunately you who read this are hopefully out of the ordinary. The reason this got connected with worship is because people read the alleged word for god and then translate it as "word of god", but the alleged word for word does also mean "a command" or "a call to".
The fourth tells you to keep contemplating, reflect upon what puzzles you, and which is the real meaning of 'Sabbateh'. Before Sabbateh became a ritual because of someone amateurish misconception of the word seven which also means frequent or several in certain forms and contexts, this was something you were told to do on a frequent basis. The word seven can mean something like "with severality" which word does not exist in English but you get the point.
The fifth one encourages you to cut down on your self-focus for your concerns. It is primarily to be preoccupied by the business of your family. This is actually an instinct to do. You are driven towards self-preservation, including of your own kin and nation next, but the stranger who is not like you, you instinctively have issues with and this is the one who is not like you. Does not matter if the person is better than you, if listening to the instinct it will consider the other one abnormal and not of the same pack.
Sixth comes the command to not dominate or subdue. This is a word commonly misinterpreted into kill but the word means to defeat. If you are curious it is the word Qatal قتل which word causes Qur'an to seem to speak overly much about killing and death. But knowing better you know it means to defeat. Homo sapiens is drawn to defeat others to win, it is a particularly visible instinct because it represents the aggressive or offensive part of the species. My recommendations is to not seek to win in anything in life because it activates the instinct. Do not play games head to head (pvp), because it is the drive to win which is bad.
The seventh assist involves the animal's sex drive, and the recommendation is to not engage in sexual pleasure or vanity. Eysua/Jesus was as kind to elaborate that even looking upon any member of the opposite sex with desire is already sexual excess in your mind. I have not found a good translation for the original Semitic term, perhaps because the term was a bit stigmatized as it was sex oriented, but I am sure it refers to sexual pleasure. Adultery is not its meaning as you lose the point in reducing the instinct if you anyways have sex it your spouse except for reproduction. This is not a religious idea or rule but entirely based upon the notion that for maximum mental growth the instinctiveness should be countered.
Obviously there is no zealous law "do not have sex" but the recommendation is still not to seek sexual pleasure. When this is translated as it should, Eysua's "do not even look upon a woman (or man) with desire, because then you have already had 'sexual pleasures' in your mind. I hope you have realized how fooled people have been and that the original line told not to seek sexual pleasure. This is one part of the "law" which many people likely consider extremist and have issues believing in.
On the eighth line comes the famous no stealing commandment which is basically correct traditionally, but it is supposed to mean "do not exploit" i.e. do not acquire by dubious means even if it is fine by human laws. Essentially the rule here is not to greed and acquire profits by greed, like salting prices et cetera. Greeding in order to hoard is an instinct of Homo sapiens.
The ninth assist tells not to carry false testimony and that means you should not inaccurately depict the truth, as it reads. It means that to the letter, it includes so called beautification of the truth in order to make something seem better than it is, for example if a person is flirting with another and then tells about his or her job in beautified manner in order to win, which makes it also trespass on dominate. This is a clear instinct of humans to cheap talk.
Last but not least is the tenth recommendation and it is important despite coming last. Every human will be drawn to acquire their neighbor's size or model of TV, car or smartphone, and social status, and house, and their trending new clothes, and... well you get the idea. It is connected to the first and second assists so much so I guess this is why Elahem, Muse, put this one on the bottom. If one reads the first and the second this is already implicitly included, but it is good that jealousy, following trends and acquisition of popular items is in the list. This is typical human herd behavior.

Jumping into turning around life and becoming an ascended master over night will probably just lead to disappointment and possibly giving up soon. This is something one will have to work on over decades with themselves and for some it does not even work out during lifetime. This is why there is multiple reincarnations, because people are not expected to manage during one cycle and if people here with us on Earth are here this very moment they have failed multiple cycles before during development and it is better for them to counter the challenge with patience (al-sabar) and proper progression (a'qayum al-salawateh).
Aim not to master everything short-term but focus on the long-term and it might be safer to make small incremental but firm steps each time.
One example is if one drinks alcohol, then alcohol may be a good start.
If anger is a problem then facing the problem is something which takes a long time to completely solve, and what solves anger issues is changing the way of thinking. Anger comes from frustration and it can be all from thoughts that most people are idiots or your domination instinct is ticking in leading to anger. Homo sapiens is an angry animal, just like many animals are given the right situations, especially when males get in an instinctive situation to show their "manliness".
So, have patience and properly progress, there is no easy and fast solution, especially no silver spoon feeding via worship that religious people believe. Guidance is given as information and enlightenment, but there is no one navigated or led towards the goal. These are words taken from the authentic scripture of Elahem, albeit shaped for this lesson.
Look, I am not guided or led towards my betterment and I do not become an ascended master except by my own doing. I must exercise my consciousness, my Being, by assuming control over matter and standing above the flesh. If I refuse to be Homo sapiens with its interests, my mind grows through control as I exercise control over it. This counteracting does nurture the soul/self (nufes/nafs) and develops who you truly are.

Elahem does not help you too much, this is why guidance is usually cryptic if it comes.
You are here to show the progression of your intelligence (mental power) and being.
You are commended for discovering by your own logic that the world is only a facade for something else and that there by logic has to be something supernatural.
You are commended for understanding that mind and body are two entirely different things, and your true self is the mind while the body is an animal which your mind is attached to.
You are commended if you understand that the body can under all circumstances by willpower be counteracted as the body is under your control, if you assume control over it and the instincts are not from your self but from the body.
When you are a master of life, then you shall become a so-called 'ascended master', or angel, or god as it resembles that. The Elahem seek fine specimens with unique characteristics for their quite elitist mindset, or high standards depending on how to make it less cold. People who do not develop are kept in Jehennom continuously. Jehennom is like a laboratorium with a grotesque experiment. Are the Elahem evil? No, I would say, it is through fire that you get hardened steel, if you get my parable. They wish for absolutely the best and that consciousness you only get from testing the subjects to the limits of their capability.
Besides, many of the problems humans cause themselves by adherence to worldliness. Sad because their parents die? Sad due to failure in work life? Sad because of a bankruptcy? Sad because of breaking up?
Life in this world has no meaning, none of it matters except act as stimulus to your mental development if you are wise enough to understand it is just a show. Your parents, for example, may be like robots, dead mentally and you are as sad over something equivalent to if a pet had died. Even worse, you have an animal and you are sad it dies despite that it has no individual soul and it is like a collective world soul. If you were offended by my words, you do not understand this.
You are sad you are poor, suffer because you cannot buy or rent more than a small apartment and some older TV and nothing more than a 20 year old car? What do you need more than food to keep your body healthy when all you ever need is in your mind?
Be content more with what you have.
If you think an item really will make your life more comfortable or practical then go acquire it, but think twice first and see whether it was vanity. Most of the time we acquire what we have little need for, for example an item which with more features than required by us.
We may buy expensive Televisions, but a cheap budget one would do just as fine for what we need.
We may change our smartphone even though it is not needed, although the business seem to seek to force us to change, to feed the capitalism. I say one thing (for Android): Custom rom! It means you replace the manufacturer's operating system version for something which runs more easily. Sadly but true, manufacturer's do often release updates which make the phone run slower. They cover it by improving graphics, looks, but any mediocre intelligence understands that is equal to more juice required from the device.

Actually, if you are not picky you can often find used Televisions people throw away or sell for almost nothing, and they are not bad ones. People often throw away so much useful items a wise person barely needs to buy new things.
Thank the consumer society, driven by induced stereotypes and that only owning the best has any value. Old cars and so on, at least in the wealthier parts of the world, are worth almost nothing.
