My apologies, but I cannot see the relevance?
You will have to clarify your point with the video and the associated commentary by you.

My bad, the relationship between the title, the video and the comment is given the fact that the Amygdala is mostly responsible of most of what is associated to "Satan", can we say that it is the "devil" ? how does the story of the "devil" that is found in Abrahamic books relate to this ? How is it relevant and what are its implications ?

Satan, as it is used by the Quranic Arabic implies that it is speaking of the human instinct, so the assumption is correct. There is no person called Satan to put the blame on for errors, it is your own weakness in resisting the body's instinctive drive. If anything, Satan is an animal's autonomous driving which also exists in humans since the human body is essentially an animal by nature, a biologically and evolutionary engineered such species which hosts the human mind seed.
An animal cannot be blamed for Satan since it has no elevated mind attached to it, but this is not true for a human which may be independent mentally and so in own control.
Satan as a malevolent fallen angel is a myth and a conceived idea from deluded religious people who probably were confused about certain details while interpreting archaic language from ancient scriptures. The idea of angels having wings is probably conceived because people have tended to believe the 'High Community' exist high above due to the usage of the word "above" which should be interpreted as that the supernatural is beyond or above in nature, but they took it literally above as if in physical location above, and then their logic became flawed because the only way they could make sense of it is if the beings who came had wings and came from above flying.
The 'High Community' exists beyond this world and not above it and it exists in no direction from the surface of it but is innately in existence through omnipresence and the world is projected with an artificial space which only exists in our limited perception. Time and space is only relevant when having a physical attachment. The world could be perceived as projected like a singularity. Those within it experience distance, but from an external perspective it is just one singularity.
