I often find myself having issues managing time. Even if I start my day with a clear mind, I usually get dragged to things that consume my time and are not necessarily productive to me.
Sometimes, I put effort on things that I judge to be necessary to my future then I end up sucked up by these things, to the point that I can hardly stop, or feel that I'm in a race with the clock and should do as much as I can on that day.
Whereas, my consciousness tells me that I should do just enough a day, and stop, and wait for the next day.
I guess it is my bodily drive that get's too excited and attached to such and such thing and that doesn't let me make the sound decision of just letting go what I'm doing, to do something else that is another type of productive.
The broad term for this issue is probably "Bad time management", so have you had issues like this ? How do you view such issue ? And what do you think is the appropriate mindset to face it ?

I think this is a very common feeling and issue. It can help to write down everything you want to do or have to do, particularly the tasks which will be done when they are done. On a seperate list you can write long term goals and more vague goals that will remain subconscious mainly. Finally you can also list habits you want to try to gradually gravitate towards such as exercise and whatever but you should write these in a relatively detailed way.
For those things which seem to eat your time, you may wish to look at them again and excuse them through finding justifications for them and turn them into more benefit. For example, when I watch movies I am also paying a great deal of attention to the elements in them for my own work and otherwise deriving pleasure or some or many benefits from them.
You have a few hours a day, you should calculate how many hours you have when well rested and do not think sleeping and dreaming is a waste of time, it is extremely important, half of life or more is spent in resting and dreaming and those who are disturbed in this are increasingly agitated and even less productive or capable during the waking period as they are still recooperating while awake.
Put your three notes or lists on a wall that remains visible but do not become stressed about them. If you casually work towards them you will be able to check off and minimize each one by one and develop the necessary habits as long as you keep very gradually moving while aimed in that direction.
After figuring out how many hours you really have, and including your bathroom estimates and showers or whatever else. You can alot a short series of times for whatever you deem more important, and time for the entertainment materials but with cut offs that are reasonable and do not rush you since the point is not to stress yourself but also not to just stay at a thing too long in order to do more or complete it.
Some of the most effective workers and artists fragment their times and days, sometimes even taking extra naps, they find that being able to break up activities and frequently switch tasks can lead to more overall productivity and successful completions with less burn out. Don't be hard on yourself, accept ease and easy approaches when able. The goal of life should be reducind trouble and anxiety and increasing health, success, and most importantly ease and comfort. Not what other people say or pressure you with. A good life is one filled with appreciation for every little thing, sucking out and savoring every bite and gaining more value out of it. To rush and fuss is to enjoy nothing and everything becomes a waste. It is not about those flashed moments we call the Ends or Goal but the Means and for the Means and Journey to be made filled with all goodness and badness and pain minimized where possible.
