Hello,
I’ll be 24 in a couple of months. How can i come in terms with dying young? I have a very aggressive type of terminal illness. Statistically speaking I have 1-2 years of life left, and there is 5-10% chance that I’ll make it that far.
What can i do? I don’t want to die, I spent most of my life studying for school making plans for my future but not living life. I always thought that this part of my life is an investment into the future; which will be great.
I never even thought about afterlife, never thought about mortality. As a consequence, I started to search for any kind of information as what’re there is something after death. I stumbled upon this website and it seems to make logical sense to me. But how can there be any life if the brain is dead? How can there be any counsiousness if the brain the CPU of my consciousness is getting destroyed due to the lack of oxygen?
I’m afraid that I’m so desperate for life, that at this point of time I’m just ready to believe anything that promises life after death, I’m afraid all this is wishful thinking.
Again, death means the end of life, how can there be life after death than?
Best wishes
Leonardo

Haha it might sound embarrassing, but I never had intimate relationship with a another sex. I was waiting for a marriage. But knowing my terminal illnes no one wants to marry me. But I also don’t want to die a virgin. But reading your logic it is something that will have an affect to my afterlife if is any of course ?
I’m I missing out ? Hehe
Would I get any bonuses for dying a virgin ? Like being less “earthly”? Any extra points ?

I have spent most of my life a "student" to the system too. But unlike you I do not really know when it is I'm going to die. I might die a lot earlier than you. Regardless of death, living is but a chance to try our best, not to live, but to reach our highest potential. of divine nature. Life itself isn't the purpose.
Everytime I go to sleep I do not know for sure if I'll make it the next day, and when I do make it to the next day, I consider it to be a blessing and a new chance. Therefore I do not pick with me the sins and regrets of yesterday and I do what I can each day. Until the day I ran out of days, I think I'll keep trying.
I know I'll be in a little shock if I suddenly knew that my time was a lot sooner than I thought.
Anyways, thank you for the reminder. Death itself is the best motivation to do our best.

Hello Leonardo,
I have empathy for your situation, I understand the way you feel, for you are (still) a feeling one and things matter to you. This is absolutely normal and I have felt the way you do about life in the past and I am not going to rebuke you for that.
You wish you had solid evidence of a supernatural alternative reality and the existence of your consciousness beyond physical death. Unfortunately this is not possible, and it is meant to be like that.
However, logic can take one very far and with a sound judgment it is possible to use deductive reasoning in order to construct the real account of reality in your mind even for whatever part you cannot see. There are too many arguments for me to put forth here seeing I have written about the arguments for a consciousness and supernatural origin beyond this immediate reality multiple times. When applying sensible logical assumptions in judging who you are, what the world is and what to do, then it is possible to prove a supernatural origin using logic alone even in spite of a lack of "hard evidence". It is senseless and illogical this universe would exist unless there was at least some "background intelligence" in cosmos itself. There logic acts as the witness to a supernatural origin by itself. You can accomplish incredible things by sound logic alone. If you seek more arguments feel free to browse through this forum, but logic can prove there is a supernatural force beyond the material reality and then expanding it to the human consciousness is not far away.
As for mind versus body there are multiple threads on this forum which elaborate on that. The human soul/mind seed, also perhaps possible to call "the God seed", is something innately "planted" with each of us on Earth and what brings us the sophisticated mind potential we humans have compared to regular animals and no animal except us have the ability to be truly creative, we possess a "self-awareness" which other species do not have so we are sentient beings and we are alone with that on Earth. It gives us a "spark of initiative-taking" or whatever to call it, and we can guide ourselves forward in life completely independently, but we are always affected by something which often feels like compulsory behavior and while we can say no if we have strong enough willpower, it is compelling us to do things which we feel autonomously driven towards. This is the instinct and it is something which is experienced by an inclination to indulge in certain activities and which if we try to resist often feels difficult to withstand.
The question is, is this animal, primate, what you are or is your advanced mind which can resist those influences something beyond it?
This is when your "seed" comes in, with your mind is a seed which can grow and it does so under the right circumstances, but bodily interference does distract it or more precisely distracts you from your real self. Assimilating behavior with the body does tighten the grip on it and the deluding effect on your mind's independence is affected and you as a result become more autonomous and with a dimmed consciousness and this continues until you are more or less a consumed husk and too weak to resist even the smallest of impulses coming to your mind.
As I have written in another thread, something from empirical science point of view is to actually try the demonstrated concept and judge for yourself. Psychological effects on the mind cannot be studied directly and researchers of psychology know of this and therefore that branch of science relies virtually always on empirical studies and this is the same for the concept demonstrated by this forum as we are talking about psychology (the study of the psyche) and I am trying to utilize science in order to prove points even though all we can acquire is circumstantial evidence and I am well aware of that and so I am not even trying to prove the existence of a supernatural being to people. Instead of in futility trying to prove the existence of (a) supernatural being(s) I focus on strengthening the circumstantial evidence and the irrefutable logic that probability calls for a supernatural existence in spite of the lack of hard evidence. Probability is a powerful tool and so is the related logic and as I began to write, you can construct the truth in your mind without even being able to see it. A problem in doing so means the mind cannot conceive such thoughts and it means the person is very earthly and the higher functions of the mind are unused, this person is exposed to a kind of mental barrier.
In the end, I hope those who test the concept demonstrated here will experience a mental leap distinguishable enough for them to understand there is a connection between lessened accepted bodily stimulus and mental health and the mind's developmental growth. This may reinforce their deductive reasoning in order to see a pattern that the body and mind are two different matters and when focusing on hardening the mind then the body will "feel lighter" and not so compelling and autonomous and you will have a sense of being in control. This is "the definition of a totally complete Being, a commendable Being which learned to evolve". But "to be is to be Being", one has to truly be a Being, not an autonomous beast.
As for living in this Earth as a sophisticated species of animal I have no recommendation for you and you are asking the wrong person. If you are afraid of dying it means you have no faith in yourself and what you believe about existence and you are uncertain of your mental growth. However, you are apparently intelligent and conscious enough to seek out a forum like this one, so that is a sign you are not entirely among the lifeless and you seek some answers.
Whether or not you are a virgin has no direct influence as there is no judgment day in a traditional sense but your integrity of Being given any moment determines your fate. On the other hand, if you are both a virgin and have not pleased yourself sexually for your whole life this is obviously ruling out the sex drive as being a distraction for you. If you have pleased yourself sexually but you have been a virgin so far, then you have been a virgin in vain because it is the sex drive itself which is the reason for the ancient commandment being in effect.
Copulation is meant to be performed in order to reproduce so it is nothing which you miss out on if you have a limited time remaining and it would be logical to refrain from putting a child into this world which you cannot be its parent for long enough.
To all the questions about the consciousness prevailing death I can only say it has to be experienced although you can experience mental elevation in life to such a level that the truth of existence will come to you because you enable such sophisticated thought patterns in your mind. And this is why it is essentially important to try the concept demonstrated on this forum about general abstention from the bodily driving as I can only prove things to you empirically through psychology and so the direct realization and experience must be lived through yourself.
Understanding comes more through you unclouding your mind than you seeing paranormal phenomena, but I can assure you that paranormal phenomena do exist. However, since the world is intended as an intelligence test in itself, the illusion it imposes is not ceded unless you take action. Everything in this world is about the mind, it is all which matters. If you retain instinctive thought patterns it will be a prevention for you and you need to begin to think in new ways, new tracks.
It may sound depressed and even suicidal, but what is the meaning of living when life has no meaningful purpose and you are anyways going to die? This becomes different if you actually realize your life does not end upon death. What makes an unaware person enjoy life on Earth despite it is apparently meaningless is the instinct and then they are saddened as they know they are going to die but they accept the fact they are going to die and just live with it. Their life is meaningless but through the instinct they tell themselves their life has meaning but in the end it has absolutely no meaning. Most people live happily in a delusion and this makes them never even reflect. It is when young people like you suddenly hear you are not going to live that you reflect and then you panic
Personally I am longing towards my death, it might sound crazy to the average human, but I wish to fulfill my fate and begone. If I die then I die. I am doing whatever I can to prepare myself and it is all my life is about. One thing is I do not hasten it and I do not mistreat my body, and I know I may not be ready, but nevertheless I find no pleasure in this world and feel like in a prison. This is why my life situation goes into mental development and 100% logic and I am digging into things which clearly carry some meaning such as ancient writings of knowledge and wisdom. I know everything is about strengthening the mind and enhancing the mental processes and deciphering mysterious paranormal writings belong to my mental stimuli.
Be something others call over-analytical, you win nothing not being analytical and contemplate about all factors of something. Analyze everything to pieces and when it is in pieces then assemble it again and then analyze it again, seeking new aspects of the same. This mental process is extremely stimulating to your general mental awareness. The logic of something means digging as deep as you can into its processes to understand it at a so deep level as possibly possible. In the end your universe will just look like a charade shaped of the energy which projects mass as it is and this is just a visual illusion and people walking around as mindless autonomous instinctive animals being concerned about their meaningless lives, being predictable by the primitive desires of this instinct.

Hello Immanuel,
After reading your answer for multiple times, dying doesn’t seem so bad hehe
However, are you familiar with the theory of quantum immortality?
What if consciousness cannot experience none-experience?

Hello Immanuel, After reading your answer for multiple times, dying doesn’t seem so bad hehe However, are you familiar with the theory of quantum immortality? What if consciousness cannot experience none-experience? The energy which projects the mass of this universe just simply is. Energy does not disappear, it just takes a different form. Our consciousness is remarkably intense, almost like an energetic projection. If I would use as I always do my sense of logical reasoning, the projection of the consciousness is not necessarily temporary and it depends on some factor to neutralize it, to reset its forms for example, but the energy itself cannot be destroyed. Immanuel you wrote :

Do you mean that consciousness needs something to neutralise it to make it offline so to speak? But the person is not destroyed forever because of consiosness is energy, and energy cannot be destroyed. So the person can be revived and be consciousness again?
Is that what you meant?

Is is also rather interesting what is consoiusness?
Human beings have sense which we use to make sense of our position and interaction with the external world. Vision, hearing, touch and etc. Now imagine you’ll lose all of your senses. You will have no vision, you cannot hear, you cannot smell, and you cannot feel any touch everywhere in your body.
Will the external world cease to exist for you? It will seem so right? You will have no external input/information to procces and make sense of your world, right?
What will be left? Just yourself with your thoughts. Now this must be the real you. So the world that seems real, is just an external stimuli for the observer.
However, the most interestsig question is, is there any reason to hold an option that the consiusness can exist without some form of CPU?
So if I may I will make a allegory to your option on the way this existnace is :
So can we imagine that God is electricity for second? And our bodies are hardware, physical, seeble, holdable things. Now each of our bodies have a software in them. As your theory suggests, one can update or upgrade one own software to a higher and higher version through combatting instincts. Now God powers up every such device.
So, when time of death comes, the electricity/God/Animating energy goes out from the hardware and the software ceases to exist. By this logic, doesn’t it mean that the software needs a hardware to be ONLINE/alive so to speak?
Yes, The God/electricity still has the information of the software, but it needs to give a body so it can exist and manifest itself? A hardware? Because a software cannot exist without a hardware right ?

Also Immanuel, you are saying that people’s life’s are meanigless if their life’s end at the moment of death.
Well I would disagree. Even if their lives indeed are temporary it can have a meaning. Just for example, let’s say, do You remember what you ate for luck 3 months ago, on monday ? Most probably You don’t right? Well I don’t thats for sure. But! When You ate the lunch you made sure it was salted and properly prepared so it tastes appetizing enough for You to eat it right ? At that point of time when You ate the lunch you enjoyed it while it lasted, I assume right ?
Does it make a difference now for You? Well, I would assume no. But 3 months at that particular Monday, during that particular lunch it tastes good. And that’s what actually matters. Because there is alway only now. So as we can see things don’t need to be forever or last forever for them to hold meaning be meaninglfull.
So, even if a human life is temporary, it can have a meaning in this regard, if the person is enjoying the ride while it lasts .

Well, even if so, with enough scientific advancement someday we as human species might find a way a to live forever. Than would this earthly existnace become meaningful for you? If let’s say after 10 years scientists discover a way to make humans immortal, would you not take the pill to live forever ?
Wouldn’t that be regarded as suicide? Because you have a possibility to live forever but you don’t want and let yourself die instead slowly but steadily letting your cells to wear off and eventually letting your body fail itself.

I may lack the time to generate an elaborate answer, but I will address some questions periodically throughout the day.
A consciousness is your identity basically, which you experience here by being self-aware of who you are. An animal does not experience the Earth this way and this is because they basically have no independent/individual soul and they are hence not self-aware in the manner of humans. This soul is what makes you into a person.
What the forum and its accompanying concept tries to explore is whether it is possible to somehow boost this mind of the person in order to see if it can be boosted and the person becomes more conscious, i.e. it elevates the Being as the "terminology" is here on the forum. (A) Being is a measure of someone's consciousness basically. I know this is true, but in a world where mere words are meant virtually nothing you have to provide ways to empirically prove it and this is my way of accomplishing this and it is mostly about what it possible psychologically.
If the mind can be boosted and one's Being elevated and this is done by minimizing the bodily stimulus, then this clearly shows the body is a kind of "brake pad" in order to accommodate mental growth. If a person exercises "rebellion" against the bodily instinct and train their ability to do so this strengthens the person's willpower or so to say their account of Being.
It still proves little in terms of "hard evidence", but it generates circumstantial evidence and what is logically reasonable to assume.
The distance to the bodily influence is experienced consciously by the person who practices bodily abstention and so it is something which can be felt by the actual person and this is what is empirical testing. The person can hence treat the body as it is not a natural component of who they are and it is not a mental illness or abnormality but only shows their mind is something clearly distinct from the body in which they reside attached.

Yes, your assumptions are correct. What you experience in this world is just arriving to your consciousness/mind for you to experience. If you lose one of your senses, e.g. the hearing, then you will still experience the world through the other senses but you will not have an auditory perception and it will be problematic to speak because you cannot hear yourself.
Because this world is all we can experience right now and we have no experience of another reality, it is difficult to tell how this will be experienced like, but imagine yourself if you still have your mental faculties but have no body to control. The sense of this can however be experienced by the concept taught by this forum to the premature level before bodily release, since you are force-attached to a body here and it is a subjection which is due to you, the body carries your (mind/consciousness) seed which must come to completion. What I mean by it can be experienced on a premature level is that growing and evolving despite the illusion imposed by the Earth and its features means the mind can conceive its own independent origin. The Earth and its features are designed as such to provide an illusion and it is quite a sophisticated such as it fools the majority of mankind and the only real way of realizing it is to work on the mind and conceive the highest of processes of it and by intelligence work out the truth since drawing the conclusion the Earth is just a charade is the only logical conclusion and it is reinforced by the sense of perception a person acquires as the consciousness grows and the "clouding" of the bodily is reduced.
The one who argues and defends the illusion of this Earth and its features is merely deluded by it. It is designed to provide pleasure and to be "believable" and make it is subject accept it as the reality. That does not mean the supernatural is a "skyman" of the moon, but there is a supernatural phenomenon beyond our immediate grasp of reality.

It depends on if the mind is projected by the brain or if the mind is a separate entity. If the body is just an illusion and made to affect your mind by its processes, e.g. hormones and other biological phenomena, this gives another viewpoint. It is actually becoming less plausible to believe that your consciousness is equal to your brain the more you develop your thinking than of a bodily machinery which responds to the higher processes of the mind as a consequence.
That your body is equal to your self is an intentional illusion and it sure feels like you are the body in which you reside. But if you manage to estrange the body and put some distance to it, you will sense a change occur to you and your mind feel so much different from it.
So the body is just a kind of illusive joint on your mind seed and so if the body dies the origin from where your mind is projected will continue to project it in spite of your "outer integrity" was terminated. But as I have said before, "to be/exist is to be Being/existent", you have to evolve a complete consciousness and one which can remain on its own and has any significance.
In the Semitic ancient language I study it presents such good points as these I convey to you.
So what happens if you die while your consciousness was not complete?
The mind seed of yours is reattached to a new body in order to continue to grow under new conditions, given another opportunity and the new body creates a sense of another individuality and what your mind has previously experienced is suppressed but not completely gone and can resurface in various ways. You may have a personality and an accompanying taste which you cannot really explain yourself and you may simply accept it is who you are biologically. The seed of yourself is etching itself into the body which you give projection to and so much of you which you cannot explain is due to that.
The more you learn to know yourself you know about Being and if you manage to separate the bodily from the mind then this reality becomes clearer to your perception.

You are basically correct, the consciousness is a little bit like software which may be less or more sophisticated and in the case of us humans it is self-learning, self-expanding and much like one would describe an AI. Our consciousness is a formation of a kind of energy-like enforced phenomenon and it can thus grow within this matrix and can also have its program/software opened unto the accompanying operating system (OS) which could be considered to be "God" while in the case while we are attached to the bodies on Earth it is like being an independent runtime environment and your consciousness exists within the projected environment and so since its projected borders prevents you from seeing outside the secured runtime environment, you have the phenomenon you experience here in Earth where your immediate reality (as according to you) is what you perceive, i.e. the Earth and its features becomes an illusion to you, even a delusion which environment does assimilate you towards it programming, the instinctive drive which actively drives you to diminish who you actually are and to live unaware of your true origin.

Post by Immanuel on Nov 1, 2017 10:45:01 GMT
That is not absolute necessary, "God" is the actual hardware and what powers your software. Your embodiment is part of your software's programming and because you know of no other reality this is what your reality becomes like. The world/bodily is in a similar manner something which is projected much like the game world in a video game and experienced by your self-aware, independent "AI" as if you were a player character (PC) rather than an NPC (Non-Player Character). Animals are examples of NPCs and so are perhaps the "burned out" souls which are so broken down they are no better than automated NPCs who follow the instinct (instinct = the autonomous driving as if it was part of our programming).
"God" powers both what is if the experience of your independent self and the illusive world which is projected for you. It is as if you instead of sitting in front of a computer playing a video game you are sucked into the screen and are actually part of the game as the very character you play. This is to be truly immersed. And you are subjected to this body which you can call an Adam and it means being subjected to being conceived confounded and having to grow and while it is under a delusion (of something else). But you can beat the programming if you discover the hidden game objectives rather than being deluded by what appears to be the game objectives, i.e. merely live your life as if it was some sort of simulation and for you to enjoy at best and where the body's impulses act like a kind of virus to your independent mind, it breaks it down to replace it with its code.
|
|
|
Post by Immanuel on Nov 1, 2017 11:15:38 GMT
The reason why the game objectives are hidden is because this is a kind of "experiment" where they see how the potential of a particular created seed will develop under various stimuli and conceiving the truth in your mind requires a witty mind and it is indeed commendable to evolve the consciousness in spite of the projected illusion, which acts as a mental challenge. So "beating the game" is clearly commendable as the difficulty setting is superhuman, it takes getting better than the seemingly sophisticated bodily species you where allegedly born as, as the hidden seed in you has a better potential than the biologically originated embodiment and to begin growing that mind seed is like triggering a secret program within the program and then helping that program from being assimilated (taken over by the "virus").
Your mind seed is first like a small spark in the darkness, but it can grow into something which resembles a big bonfire and which takes over the intentionally weak original programming projecting your bodily reality. In that case then all of a sudden your software consists of two major components, mind and body.
The secret activation code for the hidden program is "Be!". Learn to work on your (independent) Being and you will find out that your overall consciousness is expanding. You must actively tell yourself to become present in the now and to be BEING. Take absolute control over yourself and stand above what you perceived to be your nature and above the bodily and you will experience/feel that your body is something else and you can be better than it, you can stand above nature and so to say be "superhuman". This resultant generated "data" of your self is then extracted from the independent runtime environment, i.e. the software and incorporated into the Operating System as its main code or "God" as the resultant self-evolved Being is expected to be of superhuman quality.
"God" is hence evolving a cloned raw data template of itself, its origin as a flexible being within a protected runtime environment and which projects a false reality upon this clone and so in this case it resembles very much a video game, it is like the perfect Virtual Reality. The projected environment may then abuse the clone harshly and it contaminates the integrity of the clone like a virus and the hard-coded part of itself becomes clouded and its Being dimmed.

If what you experience is not saved your experiences are meaningless, this is what I mean. If you anyways live to die then there is no purpose in this existence. Your physical pleasures in life is a "programmed" response and it is nothing which makes you truly happy, it is just a flow of hormones which affects how you feel in your mind. It is like taking drugs.
If there was no supernatural existence to this existence I would any day commit suicide with my sense of consciousness. It makes no sense at all to live.
If you believe you die and then it ends there, then what you experienced is meaningless as it is not recorded as it died with the end of your body. Anything bodily you can apply the same thinking to, it means nothing beyond the physical/visual foundation.
If you like hormonal stimuli this is because this is who you identify yourself with and you let the body drug your mind into pleasure. Does this give your life any real meaning? No, it does not, it is just primitive excitement.

Hello Pokkio, Immanuel, your logical point Is based on that for something to have meaning it needs to be immortal. It depends on if it is possible to manipulate the aging process or if attempting to tamper with that simply causes some kind of adverse effects, because what created the universe did not intend for human beings to live for more than a determined lifespan and if humans tamper with that intention then instead it starts some kind of devastating side effects. There is nothing logical with humans being born healthy and grow, to then suddenly have this cycle reversed instead of simply continuing to exist without having this cycle. The body would have the capacity to self-generate and maintain its cells, and we have to accept it; "someone" did intentionally create humans to have a lifespan despite theoretical biological longevity to live forever. Humans by the biology simply cease to have the body maintain itself and we have no idea of what trying to tamper with this innate aging process would do. Anyways, to deal with your hypothetical argument; you ask that if I could live forever then would living in this world turn more meaningful to me? The logical answer is; yes obviously it would become more consistent, but in case I grew even more conscious and better than my bodily I am not sure if I could live with myself and find life to be awfully dull. Even if it was theoretically invented today I would not take it, I am not in love of being an animal. Your soul/consciousness is hardly new however and the age of whatever you are right now. It is part of a recycling cycle and your consciousness has existed much like you speak of hypothetically albeit in multiple bodies. This is like eternal physical life, but it is not what you are supposed to spend your days with if you do it right. Every additional day you spend in here is failure, failure to reach your potential as a Being. It does not say you should suffer in here like deluded religionists believe, but you should focus on mental growth, feeding your mind. Be well Qarael Amenuel
