Hi Immanuel and readers,
I have noticed that once one actively tries not to supplement the body of what it desires, in terms of self restraint, after a period of time, one is met with a strong barrier of stress affecting the mood, and causing irritability, impatience and other symptoms on the body. (Almost like the withdrawal symptoms of a drug addict) It's as if you have crossed outside the perimeter of your comfort zone, and the body is trying to push you back inside.
Question is, is this a good sign and one must deal with it, just like the muscle grows under stress, one will also grow under that stress and the body will adjust eventually ? Or, maybe the stress comes from an underlying issue that is carried on with time and that start to weighs on the person ? Such as ambitions/expectations/wishing or simply having the wrong mindset to even pursue such path ? (i.e doing things wrong) And if it is so, does it means one needs to pursue more knowledge ?
That's all.

The body belongs to a mammal which is in essence an animal, and this thing has its own driving and so this is not a conscious will but more like autonomous behavior which is basically enslaving.
Compare this to a dog and its master, only that you are both the dog and the master at the same time as one. The dog in you wish for things, and it will be irritated or sad based on commands which does not conform to its instinctive calls. Now the dog usually is very conformist, but you get the idea.
Suppressing the body to an extreme level is not necessary and you can get the idea about it if you read about Eysua in the Bible (Gospel/Injeel). It is not the point and a misconception about what one must do.
But a firm command over the body you should have to remain sane and develop your mind. The mastery and control in commanding the body is the mind's development, your body is there for stimulus and the consciousness only grows under this stimulus and the reason why Elahem made things like this, the world in which we reside during this stage of our existence.

The animal wants to live, to shine and to be seen, to be recognized, to feel loved etc., it has an agenda of its own as far as life goes, and so it induces thoughts of its own in our head, and not just any thoughts, attractive ones. Shouldn't these thoughts be ignored/rejected if one doesn't want to be enslaved by the wishes of the body ? And if so, then doesn't that lead to the death of this ego ?
Or is there a state of harmony between body and mind that needs to be reached, in which mind answers body's outcry thoughtfully and moderately ?

Hello again,
It is easy to misunderstand the aspect of development and how it works in practice. It does usually not work the way people think.
First of all, development takes place by using one's willpower in order to take command or control over the body by conscious interaction and it is this which "exercises" the mind. The more of this being performed the better progress.
Worth mentioning is that not only bodily command will expand the mental proficiency but simply using the mind for abstract thinking does the same.
A misconception which is easy to make is that bodily succumbing will "damage" the mind and degrade it, but this is not true. I did believe this before learning the matter better. The negative part of succumbing is the lack of active resistance to the body which results in a missing mental development. But not resisting the body does not degrade the mind for what it is right now.
The body is always a body and an animal and you cannot escape its nature while attached to it, and you do not always need to do so either. It is not a spiritual death if you have ice-cream or if you copulate, but the losing of the mind of enslaving habits impairs the development of yours and so it has to be controlled.
The worst habits are not the most explicit ones like sexual desire but the top ones are, like the Ten Commandments counteract: 1. Group identity 2. Stereotypes, models and icons 3. Vain living 4. Preoccupation 5. Family/group/nation first. All of those are listed in the old decree before sex and this is an order of importance too, they were not randomly put in order in the past.
The old decree said something like vain or redundant sex rather than speaking of adultery, even if the rule is known by it. This is why Eysua highlighted that even looking upon a woman with desire is redundant/vain. So Muse said performing vain/redundant is bad, while Eysua highlighted that even thinking of it is bad, so even looking upon a woman's (or man's if you are a woman) body is distracting the mind for the worse.
Religions like Islam teach incorrectly that you can have sex with your spouse at will and by lust, but this is a disastrous teaching against the old decree. It is based upon corruption of what the old decree said by twisting its words. Sexual activation is ALWAYS bad and it is good to control it heavily. There is no law which forbids you to have sex, but the law is not a law but a recommendation or remedy.
Giving in to sexual desire only brings more desire, it acts like a drug by the release of hormones in the body and making it habitual for the body to that stimulus does require more of it and sexual arousal comes more easily. It is best to strive to make the body unused to it, but it may, especially to a young person, be virtually impossible to resist all sort of sexual awakening in the body because it is a fertile animal after all and does have a functional reproductive system which is by nature enabled. It is about control and command rather than living in the discomfort of total abstention. Actually, young persons may become ill by it. It is not a big deal to "discharge" somehow sometimes, but it has to be under control, more done for medical reasons than pleasure and kept that way or else it may become something you give the body consent to too often and it will want it more and more rendering you a slave to it.
Food and drink is not even mentioned in the old decree of Muse, laws are invented by man in that regard. Vain and desirous eating and drinking goes under vanity however, but keeping the body fit by sufficient food is not wrong. Fasting is only needed for someone who seeks control, but for who can control themselves, fasting is less important and it was highlighted by Eysua, he did not put much emphasis on fasting. If a person is good at regulating intake, there is little reason to waste mental thinking power on the topic of fasting and performing it.
Unfortunately it bugged out.. And only part of my post could be retrieved. This made me fed up and I posted what was left...

Do you think women have spirits? If so, why are they very emotional beings? Why has there never been a female Jesus or Moses or Abraham? They are purely made to distract us men, just like everything in this world! They dont have developed minds like us men, as men invented most things in the world too. There are exceptions just like there are exceptions with animals acting against their natural instincts.
To address this topic, anything that has withdrawal symptoms always leads to a better state. This is something I have learned when I stopped eating sugars, started intermittent fasting and stopped all forms of sexual acts and masturbation for 6 months. I felt truly alive, like I’m someone else!!

I would ask this question : why all the prohets were caucasian males? And also if ADAM means means to be red, דם (dam - noun) – Blood,אדם (A.D.M – verb) – To be red or reddish, אדם (adam - noun) – man, אדום (edom – adj.) – Red or reddish color, אדמה (adamah – noun ) – Ground, Does it mean that the ADAM are the caucasian people because only due to their fair skin they tend to get red during labor?

There are exceptions just like there are exceptions with animals acting against their natural instincts. To address this topic, anything that has withdrawal symptoms always leads to a better state. This is something I have learned when I stopped eating sugars, started intermittent fasting and stopped all forms of sexual acts and masturbation for 6 months. I felt truly alive, like I’m someone else!! Men and women are two opposite "poles" biologically, they virtually complement each other perfectly and if a man is a man and a woman is a woman (because they have not yet ceased to be bodily) then they should use their counterpart to "neutralize" their gender identity, as this is the major advantage of each gender having such opposite features. For non-advanced individuals, the marriage my be critical, especially when they follow the Ten "Commandments", as the counterpart will open up for less extremism of the gender traits, such as excessive bluntness for men. The female gentleness and smoothness, is not necessarily negative, and do not confuse it with emotionality, but part of the "bleedy heart" can in fact be advantageous. This is something you may understand better with advancement. Truth is one should be neither man nor woman, but the path there has a beacon and that is the differences between the genders as to get rid of your instinctive tendency to your beastly characteristics is by embracing the best of the opposite gender, like assimilating it. There has been no main characters which were female and this is true, but there is another mystery concerning this notion. I recommend that you do not underestimate or rule out the female in the supernatural phenomenon, because this separation of two parts of the same "God phenomenon" appears to be belonging to something like the two sides of a coin. It is misogyny which has trapped mankind in some kind of retardation of spirituality. If you could see the world from a female perspective too, you are closer to seeing the world "in the eyes of God". "God" does not resemble a man as an image but both man and woman simultaneously minus all of their bodily induced weaknesses. This goes back to the tracking of the very nature of "God's" thinking which does contain care and nurture, concern for development. "God" is not cold, heartless, dogmatic and zealous, steering development with an iron fist. We must not forget Genesis': "Man and woman created he* them, brought together they should be as one body". * Note that the original language uses a suffix that has no gender. Created is also often mistranslated so instead of formed, so one must read carefully what is actually written. Knowledge can be brought from ancient Semitic tradition where the woman does not appear to have a name when married to a man but she is referred to as the spouse of. However, this is because she is considered to be the same body meaning she is the man and the man is her, as strange as it sounds. I have no confirmed example, but I would suppose the couple could take an entirely new name together for equity, for example Jacob allegedly changed name to Israel. The name is just a tag anyways, something which does not matter much. To spoil it for misogynists, this going under the identity of the husband has nothing to do with him owning her but they are as one, she is his second half. This is also why as long as either of them is alive, no one may inherit anything from them, because even if only one is alive this person counts as both of them. Be careful I advise, there is a great mystery behind the two genders and if you begin to look at the other with suspicion or distrust then you may become disoriented. Women are not ultimately weak, they only have weaknesses just as any other person who clings unto a gender identity. Typical womanly weaknesses are: sex appeal by striving for physical beauty and attempts at enhancing it, attracting the man to get herself laid or at least given positive response of her attraction, excessive compassion, too little confidence/boldness, difficulty to be strict and firm, easily submissive. Typical manly weaknesses are: sex appeal by striving for social status and strength, crossing over a woman to get her laid usually triggered by the works of the woman to be attractive and pride in succeeding with such (even if it was the woman's goal to begin with in some sort of play), insufficient compassion, too much confidence/boldness, too strict and firm without flexibility, easily aggressive and dominating.

Of course it is easy to blame the women for their sexuality while men often do a similar practice in order to gain popularity within the community and with that how attractive they are to women, their social standing. A man's strive to success in various ways is as turning on to a woman as the woman is to a man by undressing. A woman usually gets attracted by what a man can do rather than his ultimate looks, although obviously biologically a healthy slim male may get priority over a fat man except if his wealth or social status (what he can do) is more attractive than his looks.
You see, the typical man is just as instinctive as women, it is just not as outright visible as with the woman's very body. Men may be just as devastating to women as women to men, it goes down to following the instinct.
The utopian solution would be if the woman did not use make up, wore more neutral clothing and did cover more skin (note: not necessarily in "tents") and if the man did not strive for social status and impressing on people publicly, and then both genders focused on suppressing their inborn instinct.
If you find the worldly women distracting over how they look, learn to see them more like succumbed victims just as the men who do the same in different ways, it makes it easy not to find them attractive as their minds are not attractive. Fathom the woman undressed down to her bones, like a dead skeleton, which is actually what is below that fancy skin. See that worldly woman as an outright animal. Problem is, that may have the adverse effect if you think of it. Train the mind not to think of vivid images of how animalistic they are, as it may only be more turning on.

However genesis also tells this :
Gen 2:7 Then the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person.
Here in particular verse it says Yehovah (The Lord) Ellohim (God) yatsar (formed) Adam (Man) aphar (of dust ) 'adamah (from the ground/earth substance) naphach (and breathed) 'aph ( into his nostrils) nĕshamah (the breath/spirit) chay (of life). 'adam ( and man ) hayah (became) chay ( a living ) nehesh ( being )
Gen 2:22
Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib, and he brought her to the man.
Genesis 2 explictely says that God breathed spirirt of life or living spirit into man (ADAM), however this is not said about the woman, which is just part of his flesh and bones as Adam says himself in Gen 2:25
At last!” the man exclaimed. “This one is bone from my bone, and flesh from my flesh! She will be called ‘woman,’ because she was taken from ‘man.’”
As it it foretold in genesis 2 God formed man out of earthlysubstances/ground and breathed spirit intohim and he became a living person. however as woman was made out of ADAM it does not say that the woman got spirit from Elohim/God too.

I am still researching on it, but in my theory Muse may be from South/Latin America. I have found interesting data which has made it possible. In the Biblical stories of Muse and his adventures, Muse's settlement landed in a geographic location with names found on the West African coastline map today. Because these locations bear more or less the identical names, this parallel is clearly mysterious and the people of Muse did surely travel a far greater distance than what is usually believed. After all, it appears Muse's people traveled for 40 years (although the number 40 usually symbolizes "many") because they were too afraid to settle down anywhere. It is plausible they did travel through the Saharan desert, and the stories indicate the coastline was inhabited by other people already. It may be so that Muse did raise the civilization in Egypt. Abraham was born allegedly in Ur, in modern day Iraq, far from Israel. During his life he traveled very far according to the stories. You also have to consider that most of the narratives we know of come from 2000 to possibly 5000 years ago, and Homo sapiens spreading across the Earth may have been different with concentrated populations in specific regions, perhaps the heart of mankind was Africa and the Middle East. Among the oldest civilizations are from the Middle-east and Africa, plus South and Latin America which is coincidental considered the Muse theory above. I do not agree with the brought etymology of Adam. My own research indicates the word A'dam is a word which comes from the root Dal(ed)-Waw-Meem and which word basically means to persist or endure. The Alef is just a prefix which is very common in Semitic languages. Alef in the beginning of words very seldom, if ever, makes the origin of a word from a morphological viewpoint. My question is not from what root Adam comes from but what definition in old lexicons which best describe it. Continue or last or keep alive are also definitions of the same root. By knowledge we know each person is reincarnated to live another cycle on Earth continually and the word may relate to that. Every spawn of ours we have, we are persistent to that. But I would say that being A'dam is the actual solution to the problem, especially taking reading what the record says about it into account, and the solution is TO BE PERSISTENT AKA ADAM, so the whole point is acting like Adam. To be persistent is also to pronounce yourself, to make sure you are alive. Each famous name contains a sign of how to do, basically. A'bera'hem (Abraham), for example, may come from a root which indicates convalescence via Ba-Ra-Alif. The whole point of Abraham was indicating that soundness of mind was the key. The name may also, if read as a phrase, say "(who) is their convalescence". He is also connected to "islam" which is a terribly abused word, but islam means to be sound/healthy, quite related to what his name means and is from a root called Si-La-Me which is also a greeting because you wish someone healthiness when you tell them it. Salam aleikum means "(may) you be healthy". Muse's name basically means "who brings the model". Ironically, Eysua's name means "who has gained the model", and this is most probably not a coincidence. Everything is subtle sign language and like code language it can tell a whole great deal.

Just like it appears, I have seen no indication that Eysua himself ever wrote anything. His manifestation on Earth was to present a person who had gained the desired model, and this is presented in below half-decent translations. As for the Gospels, it is about puzzling together the greater picture than to embrace one as true. For a better picture, I would say you should go look towards the Gospel writings which for some reason did not get into the Bible/New Testament. And yes, you are here to become conscious, or to exist/be being. Naturally, you ought to challenge the beastly will in order to grow mentally, but utterly defeating the animal's will at all times is just to exhaust your energy, it even risks become an obsession which takes much of your attention of thinking, if all you think of is how to avoid something.
