Something interesting I noticed about dreams is that, when "I" dream then "my" reaction in the dreams and after the dreams when I just wake up is usually not how I would react to the events in the dream while I am fully awake (Waking life).
What if when we dream it is actually the animal/homo-sapien body which dreams, and our True Selves/Souls retrieve from "drivers seat" and just become observers whatever the animal starts dreaming about, also it can explain why "our" reactions in the dreams might not make sense, or be exaggerated (too much afraid, too much sad etc, confused), because our Souls/True Selves are not in the "drivers seat" so we aren't as Conscious of ourselves as when we are fully awake during the day for example.
Because when I think about the dreams in which for example (I was very afraid of certain things in the dream), it make no sense for my sober-awoken mind during the day to understand why was I so afraid etc.

Good observation! I have thought about making a post about this. It is exactly like that, the animal Homo sapiens, without the soul, lives out the dream, although a human watching the dream like a movie can end it (waking up prematurely).
