Hello,
I recently got aware of the fact that existence is objectively not better than non existence, because of when somebody regards existence to be better, they do it because they have a bias towards it. Their attachments to reality and their attachment to themselves makes them fear to lose acces to it.
But if I am not attached to existence and to myself, and want to cease to exist, how can I do that?
Like, I don't need and want it anymore.
Everything is possible, so it should also be possible, to delete ones Point of view.

You cannot cease to exist for as long as you are under someone else's control. And to escape from someone else's control you have to exist more as a person so it is a necessary evil to exist.

I think that non existance is still might be the better option. Because existence has too many conditions. Non existence on the other hand, has no conditions, no nothing.

I understand. And I can agree to some feelings regarding that. But it is not really an option, you are kind of forced to exist and due to the circumstances it is wiser to evolve your level of existence rather than to stay behind and suffer by not even trying to grow your own power of Being.
Trust me, I have many days wished I did not have to exist. But it is an inevitable fact that we exist against our will. In later years I have come to look at it from a positive perspective instead of feeling forced, it does not help to be sour about it.
If you actually evolve your Being you can also feel empowered mentally and while it feels alienating towards the rest of the victims of the world, it makes one feel glad to have seen the truth about the existence and do something about it instead of suffer endlessly.
